  • The age of Professor Cum Principal- Up to 55 years
  • The age of the Associate Professor (Reader)- Up to 50 years
  • The age of the Assistant Professor/Lecturer in Nursing-Up to 50 years
  • The age of the Tutor/Clinical Instructor- Up to 35 years


What is Eligibility criteria for the jobs?

For Professor cum Principal, For College of Nursing

  • Master's Degree in Nursing with advanced specialization in Nursing from a recognized institution/ university for the Nursing jobs.
  • Must be registered Nurse and Midwife for the Nursing jobs.
  • 10 years experience in the nursing field after registration as a nurse, out of which seven years must have been spent in nursing education or administration after obtaining the prescribed postgraduate qualification.


For the Associate Professor (Reader):
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing from a registered Institution/ University
  • Registered Nurse and Midwife
  • Eight years experience after M.Sc (Nursing) including 05(five) years of teaching experience in Nursing
  • Desirable: PhD. in Nursing

Assistant Professor/Lecturer in Nursing

  • Master's Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution/University.
  • Registered Nurse and Midwife
  • Five years experience with a minimum of two years of teaching experience in nursing

Tutor/Clinical Instructor
  • BSc Nursing/Degree from a recognised Institute/University
  • Registered Nurse/ Midwife with Sister Tutors Diploma
  • Three years’ teaching experience in Nursing
